The raw water first enters the pre-treatment system, where large particles, suspended solids, chlorine, and organic impurities are removed. This pre-treated water is then pumped through a high-pressure pump into the RO membrane system.

Inside the RO membranes, water is forced through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure.
